As a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager, you support the Risk Advisor with client service and account administration. You review renewal lists, follow up on required documents, and check insurer policy documents for accuracy. The position also supports coverage reviews and client service planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review renewal lists and complete renewals under guidance
- Follow up on outstanding renewal documentation and actions
- Issue accurate policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documents
- Review insurer policies and endorsements for accuracy
- Support client service plans and retention strategies

Requirements:

- Level 2 BC Insurance License
- Five or more years of commercial insurance account management
- Refined interpersonal skills for client and colleague relationships
- Ability to manage diverse tasks within a team
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and EPIC
