This Senior Quantity Surveyor supports Arcadis’s Cost and Commercial Management team across complex project scopes. You will provide cost analysis and guidance to clients, contractors, and design teams. Experience in technology, advanced manufacturing, data centers, or life sciences environments is relevant to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce robust, market-informed estimates and cost plans
- Interrogate contractor pricing and validate technical scope
- Lead reconciliation, contingency, and value engineering sessions
- Monitor changes, trends, forecasts, and emerging commercial issues




- Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and dashboards

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant cost management experience
- Proven electrical estimating track record
- Experience validating contractor and subcontractor cost breakdowns
- Proficiency with industry-standard cost and project management tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
