This Finance Operations Manager leads billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable activities while maintaining accuracy, timely service, and effective controls. You will oversee invoicing, payment execution, reconciliations, and audit readiness. The position also supports scalable processes, operational KPIs, and workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee client invoicing, billing schedules, and timesheet validation
- Manage collections, cash application, ageing, and dispute resolution
- Oversee invoice processing, expenses, vendors, and payment execution
- Maintain approval controls, segregation of duties, and operating procedures




- Monitor service levels and reduce errors, backlogs, and rework

Requirements:

- At least five years’ management experience in AR, AP, Billing, or Finance Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field
- Experience leading growth, process improvement, or system implementations
- Robust analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CPA designation or progress toward one is an asset
