Coordinate purchasing across Manufacturing, Planning, and Engineering for Ultra Maritime as a Senior Buyer on a six-month contract. Support supply chain execution with timely, cost-effective buying.

This Senior Buyer acquires quality materials, commodities, and services for assigned requirements. The position provides tactical support to Supply Chain leadership while processing requisitions, change orders, and supplier quote requests. It also addresses nonconforming materials, vendor issues, and payment errors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate purchasing activities with Manufacturing, Planning, and Engineering
- Acquire materials, commodities, and services cost effectively
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase change orders
- Request quotes from suppliers for assigned procurements
- Provide tactical support to Supply Chain leadership

Requirements:

- Related bachelor's degree with four-plus years' experience
- Related associate degree with six-plus years' experience
- Eligibility for the relevant security clearance
- Ability to maintain security clearance when required
