Key Responsibilities:

- Understand investment teams’ research and production data workflows
- Translate data needs into process requirements
- Identify manual effort and common failure points
- Support testing and implementation of process changes




- Roll out processes with subject-matter experts

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in process improvement, business analysis, or investment operations
- Asset management or financial services experience strongly preferred
- Systems thinking and practical root-cause analysis
- Process modeling experience is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and extract insights
