This Senior Manager leads a Mortgage Enforcement team handling judicial sale and power of sale matters. You will manage operational priorities, escalated issues, external law-firm relationships, and court-related activities. Your direction will support documented, timely enforcement work, regulatory requirements, solid controls, and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage team priorities across mortgage enforcement sale proceedings
- Resolve escalated matters through risk and client-impact assessment
- Develop scorecards and review external law-firm performance
- Partner with Procurement and Legal on vendor relationships




- Monitor indicators and portfolio data for operational improvement
