This nursing position connects health-centre, home, and hospital care for community members. You will promote wellness through monthly activities and workshops, visiting clinics, immunizations, and chronic disease management. The work also includes coordinating care plans and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- LPN or RN registration with British Columbia nursing regulator
- Community, home care, Indigenous, or rural nursing experience
- At least two years of nursing experience preferred
- Robust culturally safe and person-centred care commitment
- Valid licence, First Aid/CPR, and screening clearance
