Serve Lytton, Lillooet, and surrounding Nations as a permanent full-time Nurse Practitioner delivering comprehensive rural care. Work Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, across versatile sites.

Interior Health offers practice at Lytton Primary Care Clinic or Lillooet Hospital & Health Centre within a collaborative rural model. Provide primary, urgent, episodic, virtual, and community outreach care for residents and surrounding rural communities. Support longitudinal relationships, attached patient panels, and ongoing care across settings, including Long-Term Care transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver care through the Lytton Urgent and Primary Care Centre
- Provide planned outreach to surrounding rural communities
- Manage attached patients across care settings




- Collaborate with family physicians and community partners
- Lead health promotion activities and screenings

Requirements:

- Ability to practice to full Nurse Practitioner scope
- Experience supporting primary and urgent care needs
- Commitment to cultural safety and strong community relationships
- Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Willingness to provide in-person and virtual care
