This Manager position leads delivery for MNP’s Regional ease Cloud Accounting Services team. You will manage accounting operations, engagement planning, project financials, and client onboarding. The work includes investigating discrepancies, resolving issues with engagement partners, and maintaining proficiency with cloud accounting software for clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan engagements, schedules, budgets, billing, collections, and project financials
- Review reconciliations across general ledger accounts and system uploads




- Investigate discrepancies and develop resolutions with engagement partners
- Oversee client onboarding and understand business objectives
- Recommend ideas that improve work processes and service quality

Requirements:

- Six years of related accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Experience with cloud-based software preferred
- Strong accounting principles and process knowledge
- Proven leadership and relationship building abilities
- QuickBooks Online Advanced and Xero certification preferred
