As a Back End Developer at Alignerr, you will build server-side systems that support AI products and real-world traffic at scale. The work includes scalable microservices, performance optimization, and integrations across databases, queues, cloud services, and third-party APIs. Assignments are task-based or project-based.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop robust services, APIs, and data pipelines for AI products
- Support training and inference through scalable server-side architecture
- Write clean, documented, testable code following engineering practices
- Optimize reliability, performance, and scalability as usage grows




- Work independently on assignments using your own schedule

Requirements:

- Back end language proficiency in Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or Rust
- Solid RESTful API, microservices, and distributed systems knowledge
- Database experience including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Cloud platform familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Independent debugging and complex problem-solving abilities
