Agilus by Synergie is hiring an OCM Coordinator for a 12-month contract. This coordinator supports change management initiatives spanning concurrent technology and business projects. Success requires careful project administration, explicit written communication, and disciplined documentation across evolving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support change communications, announcements, emails, and updates
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, training, and related events
- Schedule OCM deliverables and milestones across concurrent initiatives




- Manage change plans and centralized documentation repositories
- Prepare leadership reports using metrics and stakeholder feedback

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of project coordination or related experience
- Experience supporting digital, technology, infrastructure, or transformation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to Organizational Change Management practices and methodologies
- Related diploma or degree is an asset
