Apply full-stack craftsmanship to customer AI deployments at Docebo, building production systems with React, TypeScript, AWS, and Kubernetes.

As a founding member of the Forward Deployed Engineering team, you will work directly with strategic enterprise customers. You will discover complex learning and development workflows, build bespoke AI agents, and convert practical insights into scalable Docebo platform capabilities. The position requires ownership across the product lifecycle, from system architecture through production monitoring and iterative optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Build, integrate, and deploy bespoke AI agents
- Own solutions from discovery through production optimization




- Develop internal FDE rituals and operational playbooks
- Guide platform evolution through customer-derived enhancements

Requirements:

- Five or more years shipping maintained full-stack software
- React and TypeScript frontend proficiency
- Next.js and TypeScript backend development experience
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
- Experience deploying agentic AI or LLM applications
