This HR & Safety Manager position combines safety leadership with broad human resources responsibility. You will guide workplace safety training, compliance, workers' compensation, return-to-work programs, incident investigations, and corrective actions. You will also support employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll processes, and HR systems across office, manufacturing, and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight for workplace health and safety programs
- Lead training, compliance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work programs




- Investigate incidents and maintain safety records and reporting
- Support compensation, advantages, payroll, policies, and HR programs

Requirements:

- Experience supporting workplace health and safety programs
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
- Experience with workers' compensation and regulatory compliance
- Human resources experience in construction, manufacturing, or trades
- Hands-on comfort across office, manufacturing, and field environments
