This Senior Solutions Architect works directly with clients to clarify business requirements and develop effective product and service solutions. The position emphasizes managed IT services, pre-sales guidance, proposals, estimates, and presentations. It also requires strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, infrastructure platforms, business continuity, disaster recovery, and security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Bulletproof sales teams with technical pre-sales questions
- Develop proposals, estimates, and solution recommendations
- Conduct customer webinars and selected in office visits




- Evaluate technologies improving product and service effectiveness
- Maintain vendor certifications as required

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years supporting vendor, distributor, and reseller channels
- Seven-plus years of technical sales experience
- Five-plus years architecting infrastructure solutions
- Business continuity and disaster recovery design experience
- Knowledge of ISO-27001, NIST CSF, and NIST 800-53
