Greenfield Global is hiring a full time administrator for its Maintenance department in Tiverton. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day purchasing, inventory, and accounts payable activities. The work covers spare parts, maintenance materials, capital requirements, operational services, and accurate CMMS records. You will also help resolve discrepancies with vendors, departments, finance, and corporate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate procurement for maintenance, production, capital, and operations
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to resolve purchasing discrepancies




- Monitor stock levels and replenish critical operational materials
- Coordinate inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations
- Maintain compliant purchasing, inventory, and asset records

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a trade or business background
- Purchasing-focused education and minimum three relevant years
- Working knowledge of P&ID; drawings
- Maximo CMMS experience considered an asset
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple demands
