Insight Global is seeking a Functional Lead for a contract through June 2028, supporting a leading agriculture company. Lead discovery, requirements, process design, implementation, adoption, and value realization across inventory visibility and tank monitoring. Work directly with operational leaders, Directors, and VPs while guiding a cross-functional pod.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead discovery for inventory and operational business solutions
- Conduct workshops and define detailed requirements
- Create process maps, business rules, and functional specifications
- Guide solution implementation and stakeholder adoption




- Establish playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable delivery standards

Requirements:

- 10+ years in product delivery, ownership, or functional leadership
- Experience owning solutions through implementation and value realization
- Solid executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Supply chain, logistics, or operations transformation experience
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio capabilities
