This Unit Claims Manager role leads operations while communicating Intact’s vision and values. You will improve processes, support technological advancements, conduct audits, provide feedback and training, and maintain claims standards. The permanent full-time position expects four office days during the initial period, then three days weekly, supporting collaboration and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operations to meet key business goals
- Communicate changes, directions, vision, and values
- Implement controls based on audit findings




- Provide staff feedback and training after audits
- Ensure corporate policies and claims standards compliance

Requirements:

- At least two years corporate management experience
- Or four years of insurance industry experience
- Ability to motivate, coach, and engage staff
- Strong interpersonal communication across organizational levels
- Relentless pursuit of excellence and continuous learning
