Support everyday banking clients at CIBC as a Client Engagement Associate, using communication skills and financial services knowledge. Work full time on-site in Vancouver.

As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will provide first-line client support in a banking centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products, and guide clients through digital banking options.



This regular role offers 15 weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients manage accounts and banking products
• Assist with everyday banking transactions
• Complete sales of basic banking products
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Refer clients to appropriate CIBC specialists
