Serve Calgary Co-op members as a Customer Service Cashier, using checkout operation and cash-handling skills in an efficient store environment.

This Customer Service Cashier maintains protected, efficient operations while following company policies, procedures, and standards. The position handles merchandise, questions, requests, and complaints while supporting stocking, displays, cleaning, and front-end service. Duties may also include Customer Service Office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly customer service and maintain positive customer relations
- Operate checkouts and handle cash efficiently
- Stock candy, magazine racks, and Front End displays
- Maintain clean sales floor and back stock areas
- Perform opening, closing, inventory, and receiving duties

Requirements:

- Grade 9 or acceptable education and experience combination
- Related retail experience providing customer service
- Previous cash handling, banking, or retail experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
