Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives Finance & Administration Full Time Photonic is seeking a highly organized, analytical and execution-focused skilled to manage critical strategic initiatives across the company. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior executives, this individual will bring structure to complex projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and maintain momentum against demanding timelines. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who is comfortable operating independently, influencing without formal authority and moving fluidly between strategic analysis and detailed execution. Lead complex, cross-functional programs that shape the future direction and growth of the business. Prepare executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership. Lead internal teams and external partners through complex workstreams, ensuring strategic projects remain aligned, resourced, and on track. Identify emerging risks and opportunities, develop solutions, and support timely decision-making. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred. 8+ years of relevant professional experience, with a background in management consulting,



investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate strategy, corporate finance or business transformation. Demonstrated success managing complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and use of AI. Ability to work independently, handle confidential information and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Experience within private equity-backed organizations, high-growth companies, or multi-business unit enterprises strongly preferred.
