and manage internal quality control checks for the project Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle Office-based Minimum of 12 years of experience in Datacenter construction Project Management Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Strong understanding of prevailing Datacenter Project Management methods Extensive knowledge of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Proficient in Project Management software Ability to arrange priorities and elevate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership Proven capacity to anticipate, identify, and minimize risks Effectively leads multi-resource Project Management teams Demonstrated functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices Proven success in providing on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water.
