As a Driver Helper, you will assist with office supply and furniture deliveries on assigned routes. You will support customer service by helping resolve problems and communicating outstanding issues to your supervisor. The work involves warehouse and transportation coordination, required paperwork, signatures, returns, and Proof of Delivery devices. Key Responsibilities:
Assist deliveries of office supplies and furniture on assigned routes
Accept customer returns and obtain required signatures




Complete paperwork and use mobile Proof of Delivery devices
Address customer feedback and report outstanding issues
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow protected work practices

Requirements:
Lift up to 70 pounds unassisted when required
Navigate routes, read maps, and use mobile devices
Demonstrate customer service and communication proficiency
Apply problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
Driver's license is an asset but not required
