Build client relationships and deliver personalized banking advice as an Everyday Banking Advisor at ATB’s Lloydminster branch. Travel to neighbouring branches occasionally when required.

As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will support retail personal and business clients with banking products and solutions. Your work includes relationship building, sales, referrals, digital tools, and client privacy. You will match clients with savings, investment, lending, and credit card options while escalating complex needs appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
• Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending,
  
  
  
  and credit options
• Identify referral opportunities across ATB’s full service suite
• Promote digital tools and educate clients about their use
• Protect client information through risk and compliance management

Requirements:

• Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
• One to three years in retail banking or similar experience
• Experience with loans and credit cards considered an asset
• Passion for sales and relationship building and management
• Finance or business diploma, degree, or relevant experience
