This Shift Leader supports store management and oversees operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent. The position directs associates, addresses customer concerns, maintains standards, and supports inventory processes. Candidates need retail experience, with cannabis experience preferred, plus valid SellSafe Certification.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and facilitate daily store operations
Oversee store responsibilities during management absences
Direct associates and model exemplary customer service
Address complaints and escalate issues appropriately
Support sales targets, staffing, and inventory processes

Requirements:
Valid SellSafe Certification
Minimum two years retail work experience
High school and post-secondary or technical training
Solid communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
