We're hiring a Manager, Data Science who’s excited to lead a team transforming how data powers product, platform, and people at Homebase. This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape the future of applied AI at scale—leading everything from intelligent scheduling and hiring models to supporting internal sales and marketing decisions. You'll manage a growing team of data scientists and partner with platform engineering to bring models from proof-of-concept to production. Lead and grow a team of high-performing data scientists; Champion experimentation: design A/B and multivariate tests that help us move faster and make better decisions Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure data and AI are embedded into user experiences from day one Serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders, product managers, and executive stakeholders The Foundation for Success ~6+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or AI product development ~2+ years in a people leadership role,
