Serve CIBC clients onsite as a Client Engagement Associate, using financial services knowledge and digital literacy to support everyday banking needs. Work 15 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will provide first-line support in a banking centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain digital banking options, and connect clients with suitable solutions or team members. The position supports basic banking product sales, specialist referrals, and stronger client relationships.
