Coordinate children’s care at a ski resort through safety leadership, attendant guidance, and preparation for ski lessons. Work closely with resort teams.

As Childcare Team Lead, you will establish daily procedures and help deliver a protected, healthy, engaging environment. The work includes designing activities suited to children’s ages and abilities, supporting employee training, and handling registration, reporting, and scheduling. You will collaborate with the Winter Sports School Supervisor and Visitor Services Agents to support a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate procedures and ensure attendants carry them out
- Assist attendants with guidance and positive corrective actions
- Maintain understanding of safety and emergency procedures




- Prepare children for their scheduled ski lessons
- Support employee orientation, training, and scheduling

Requirements:

- Passion for creating safe, healthy, engaging childcare environments
- Strong stress management and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to provide required record check
- Post-secondary credential or Responsible Adult course required

Use supervisory judgment, emergency procedure knowledge, and childcare experience to coordinate attendants and children at the resort daycare.
