Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for creative companies’ AI models. As an AI Feedback Specialist, you will assess naturalness, usefulness, clarity, prompt adherence, quality, and realism. You will also write evidence-based explanations in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
Rank voice outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts
Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio issues




Rate outputs and explain findings specifically in English

Requirements:
Fluent English with explicit written communication
Solid attention to detail and patience
Comfort with natural conversational speech and realistic situations
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
