Reporting to the Manager, Food & Beverage, the Lead Server primarily serves casino guests while providing light supervision when managers are absent. The position requires collaboration, multitasking, and strong interpersonal communication. It supports service standards, team questions, shift organization, and a protected, welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full table service following established standards
Clean, bus, and set tables throughout shifts
Handle customer escalations, including meal voids or comps
Assign sections to servers,



bartenders, and hosts
Complete opening, closing, and shift support duties

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven leadership skills and qualities
Cash handling and point-of-sale experience required
Micros knowledge and WHMIS training are assets
Ability to obtain a Gaming License
