As an Implementation Consultant on Altera Digital Health’s Qualified Services team, you will support electronic medical record implementations. You will be trained on Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory functionalities, plus DBmotion, CPM, Opal, and Patient Portal. Structured methodology guides your work throughout the implementation life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Altera software solutions at primarily Manitoba client sites
Complete project workplan tasks within contracted project scope
Configure systems and provide technical guidance to clients
Translate paper workflows into optimized electronic processes




Resolve or escalate system and workflow issues

Requirements:
Ability to support Sunrise EMR Core and Ambulatory implementations
Willingness to train on Altera applications and related products
Ability to provide ambulatory workflow consultation and guidance
Ability to collaborate with project managers and clinical specialists
Ability to provide comprehensive activation support
