Key Responsibilities:
Support personalized activities of daily living
Provide ambulatory, hygiene, companionship, and nutritional support
Build trusted resident, family, and team relationships
Document completed tasks on electronic health records




Communicate changes in resident care needs promptly

Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certification or internationally educated nurse
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Solid written and oral communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
