The leader collaborates with department, hospital, and faculty leadership to establish annual goals.

Requirements:
MD degree
Nationally or internationally respected academic and clinical leader
Dermatology certification or eligibility through the Royal College
Ontario medical licensure or eligibility
Associate Professor appointment eligibility or higher
