As Electrician Shift Lead, you will guide staff delivering electrical services in an advanced Class 4 water treatment facility. Your work supports process machinery, auxiliary plant equipment, and electrical installations. The position requires knowledge of programmable controllers, instrumentation, electrical distribution, and Ontario safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide staff organizing electrical maintenance services and priorities
Coordinate scheduled inspections, maintenance, and equipment repairs
Support modifications and recent electrical installations




Troubleshoot programmable controllers and instrumentation systems
Provide direction during work, projects, and emergencies

Requirements:
Ontario 309A or 442A electrician licence
Proof of apprenticeship completion
Valid Class G driver’s licence
Availability for shifts and after-hours on-call work
Ability to work in confined, noisy, and hazardous settings
