Reporting to the Store Manager, this Key Holder trains employees, handles complex service situations, and supports sales floor execution. The position requires retail experience, communication, leadership, and operational skills. You will represent GEOX technologies, products, and patents while maintaining store standards and accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train employees on GEOX service standards
Handle complex customer service situations and escalate issues
Assign sales associate roles according to store traffic
Operate registers, prepare deposits, and audit paperwork
Serve as sales floor manager when needed

Requirements:
Minimum two years of retail industry experience
Customer centric, results focused retail experience preferred
High School or College Degree, or equivalent experience
Explicit communication and staff leadership abilities
Microsoft Excel and POS system proficiency
