Lead flour mill operations in Springbrook, Alberta, using milling expertise, troubleshooting, and communication to support safe, effective production. This is a full time permanent position.

As Mill Supervisor with P&H; Milling, you will oversee milling activities and guide millers according to company standards. The position includes training support, inspections, scheduling, efficiency improvement, and daily performance checks. You will also support maintenance, sanitation, and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise milling operations alongside the Head Miller
- Support miller training, inspections, and continuous improvement projects
- Monitor efficiencies through communication, troubleshooting, and staff collaboration




- Prepare sanitation work orders and mill maintenance during downtime
- Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, and BRCGS food safety standards

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma completion
- Three to four years of flour mill experience
- Flour milling diploma, certificate, or equivalent training
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
