Represent U-Haul in Niagara Falls through customer service, equipment inspections, and rental technology. This onsite position includes paid working interviews and training.

U-Haul seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Niagara Falls center. You will assist customers with products and services, use U-Scan technology, and manage rental returns. The work combines customer education, equipment care, and operational support. On-the-job education and U-Haul University training are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory
Clean equipment and inspect fluid levels
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
Answer questions and educate customers about services

Requirements:
Valid driver's license and positive driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Ability to use required protective clothing or gear
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
