As a Disability Claims Specialist, you will manage full-cycle short-term and long-term disability claims. You will process applications, gather assessment information, and coordinate early, secure return-to-work planning. The position works with employees, direct managers, vendors, Operations, HR, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle short-term and long-term disability claims
Explain application processes and gather assessment information
Coordinate return-to-work meetings and appropriate goals




Develop and implement organizational disability management training
Prepare statistical trend analysis and regional reports

Requirements:
Two to three years of HR function experience
Exposure to disability management practices
College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solid communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills
