Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare meals according to established recipes and menus
Prepare therapeutic meals following approved menu modifications
Assist with catering and themed dinner preparation
Report recipe shortages, discrepancies, and quality issues promptly
Clean equipment and label excess food correctly

Requirements:
High-school diploma or GED
At least one year of cooking experience
Current food handlers’ certificate preferred
Ability to provide a clear criminal record check
Ability to follow detailed recipes and communicate efficiently
