This position suits technicians with hot-side equipment experience or similar experience. You will diagnose complex equipment, provide customer service, and receive training support when qualifications are still developing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service commercial cooking and food equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial kitchen equipment
- Work with gas, steam, and electric equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Participate in overtime and on-call rotation
Requirements:
- Experience diagnosing commercial food equipment
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Appliance service education preferred
- Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and relatively clean record
