The Store Associate supports daily retail operations by serving customers, completing transactions, and processing incoming donations. This permanent position includes pricing merchandise, replenishing inventory, responding to product enquiries, and maintaining store standards. Work requires standing for long periods, frequent bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process cash and debit sales with minimal discrepancies
- Follow policies for refunds, voids, holds, and cheques
- Load, unload, sort, price, and pack donations
- Answer customer enquiries about available stock
- Assist donors and place contributions appropriately

Requirements:

- Completion of some high school coursework
- Required experience handling cash and operating registers
- Experience in customer service or goods processing
- Computerized-workplace experience
- Ability to lift or move 30 pounds
