Early Childhood Educators at BrightPath Kids develop children’s abilities through curriculum-based programming and supportive classroom care. This is full-time work with no evenings or weekends.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you work alongside teachers and families to provide children with a home away from home. You implement BrightPath’s curriculum, protect children’s well-being, and discuss progress with parents and staff. You also maintain organized classroom materials and build team-oriented relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop programs supporting children’s development
- Maintain environments protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
- Discuss progress with parents and staff
- Maintain clean, organized classroom materials

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
- B.Ed. or equivalent
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Current immunization and health assessment
