The Alterations Customer Service Representative supports successful department operations while reporting to the Store Manager. Welcome customers through phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions. Manage customer flow, promote alterations services, and prepare garments for pickup. Address concerns confidently, escalating unresolved issues to leadership when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and service customers across phone, chats, and store interactions
- Manage appointments, customer flow, pickups, and special orders
- Press, steam, spot clean, and inspect merchandise




- Promote alterations services and personalization options
- Process accurate cash wrap transactions and maintain store standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- One to two years retail experience in apparel or specialty stores
- Prior computerized point-of-sale system experience
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds
