At Morguard, the Regional Maintenance Associate maintains a portfolio of multi-residential buildings, apartment units, and grounds. The position serves residents through repairs, preventative maintenance, service requests, and emergency response. Work spans multiple Toronto-area locations under regional maintenance leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general, preventative, and specialized property maintenance
- Complete in-suite turnovers and common-area service requests
- Repair appliances, plumbing, drywall, electrical systems, and fixtures
- Inspect grounds, facilities,



and equipment for deficiencies
- Respond to after-hours emergencies while on call

Requirements:

- High School completion or general education degree
- Two or more years of maintenance-related experience
- Valid driver's license and continuous vehicle access
- Rotating evening and weekend on-call flexibility
- Proficiency using basic handheld and electrical tools
