Coordinate Talent Management programs at Teck’s hybrid Vancouver office, using data analysis and stakeholder communication to support leadership development.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Talent Management, this temporary full-time Coordinator supports Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Succession Planning. The role coordinates program delivery, analyzes talent data, and helps improve processes, tools, and participant experiences. You will work with HR partners, business leaders, vendors, and facilitators across core initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate timelines, communications, tracking, and delivery for talent initiatives
- Manage leadership program cohorts, scheduling, vendors, logistics, and feedback
- Analyze participation, evaluation, and succession pipeline data




- Improve workflows, templates, documentation, and automation opportunities
- Respond to employee inquiries and support program communications

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong Excel data analysis and recommendation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with confidentiality and integrity
