Support Enercare customers in High Meadow as a Sales Support Coordinator using solid organization and customer service skills. Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This customer service specialist supports corporate sales goals through residential HVAC, duct cleaning, protection plan, water treatment, and energy assessment requests. You will partner with field staff and customers, provide accurate product information, and tailor recommendations to homeowner needs. The work requires flexibility across call types and business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming requests for residential products and services
- Book appointments and record conversations in customer databases
- Promote Enercare products and services appropriately




- Follow scripts and create customer care cases
- Support mailboxes, callbacks, and administrative assignments

Requirements:

- Previous sales or call centre experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Post-secondary education and additional languages are assets
