The position handles inquiries, work orders, service files, customer profiles, supplies, and claims. Key Responsibilities:

- Field internal and external Service Department customer inquiries
- Open, control, close, and invoice service work orders
- Maintain current service library information and materials
- Maintain department filing systems and operational records
- Update customer profiles using work order information

Requirements:

- Experience using Microsoft Office and internet functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of office procedures
