As an Executive Assistant in TD Securities’ Administration line of business, you will provide workplace support for senior leaders. The position requires Microsoft Office expertise, solid organization, judgment, and confident communication. You will coordinate information across teams, manage changing priorities, and complete administrative work accurately. This role offers 37.5 hours in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Managing Directors’ calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
Coordinate national and international travel and meeting changes
Process team expenses and complete administrative tasks
Coordinate meetings, townhalls, offsites,

Requirements:
High school diploma and over five years’ relevant experience
Extensive Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications knowledge
