Key Responsibilities:
Prepare stainless steel, aluminum, and pipe parts for coating
Operate guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems
Monitor gauges and equipment operation for defects
Inspect paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality
Promote safety and support on-time customer deliveries

Requirements:
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Experience with powder coating or industrial painting
Manufacturing and fabrication process experience
Blueprint reading ability and mechanical aptitude
Legal authorization to work in Canada and criminal record check
