It is detailed work, and it is often the step that makes the biggest difference for a family.

What you will do
Help clients understand what their health care provider needs from them
Communicate professionally with clinics and medical offices
Keep medical documents organized, accurate and confidential
Follow up so every file keeps moving
Work with our client care and tax teams so each client knows where things stand

What we are looking for
Experience in a medical office, clinic, hospital or health care administration
Comfort with medical terminology
Explicit, professional communication with clients and with health care providers
Robust organization and reliable follow-through
Care with personal and medical information
A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, and eligibility to work in Canada
An asset: French, or experience with disability advantages or insurance paperwork
