This customer service position creates positive first impressions through warm guest interactions. You will manage seating arrangements, coordinate reservations, recommend menu items, and maintain the organization and presentation of the restaurant and bar. Previous hosting experience in a high-volume restaurant supports success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience

- Serving It Right and Food Secure Level 1 certificates
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Refined verbal communication and organizational skills
